Return & Refund Policy
In case you change your mind after placing your order & decide to cancel the order, your order can be cancelled within 72 hours of the order confirmation, or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
Cancellation charges
In case of an order cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount paid by you while processing the refund. Any cashback earned on the order prior to the cancellation will be deducted. If the same cashback has been used completely or partially to place another order, the cashback amount will be deducted from the refund amount of the cancelled product.
RETURNING AN ITEM
TIME FRAME
To can return an item please contact us to return the item within 2 days of the item being delivered. Return requests are not accepted after 2 days from the time of delivery.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
If the item is damaged – If the delivered item is in damaged condition at the time of delivery. We would request to keep proof for the same in the form of video or images.
If the item is Defective – If the delivered item is defective. Every product delivered to you go through strict quality checks before it is dispatched, but any defect might occur during the shipping process & a defect is an unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which affects the intended use of the product.
Wrong Product Delivered – If the delivered item is different from the item visible on our website. A difference could be the dimensions, shape or colour.
Item / missing part – If the product delivered to you is incomplete or has components missing. We will dispatch the missing components immediately within 24 hours after your complaint.

Terms Of Warranty
We provide warranty covers against manufacturing/workmanship and material defects that may occur during the warranty period. The warranty applies to furniture & household product used under normal conditions. Any extreme usage or usage beyond the capacity or the product will not be covered.
A limited warranty is not applicable to the following :
- Cuts or scratches, Normal wear, and tear, or damage caused by impacts, accidents, or usage beyond specified capacity.
- Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (eg upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it's exposed to direct sunlight).
- No warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion Covers.
- The warranty does not cover damages due to the usage of the product beyond its intended use and wears & tears in the natural course of product usage.
- In response to seasonal climate variations, solid wood will contract and expand throughout the lifetime of the product and is not warranted for this purpose. Glue lines or other issues related to the natural characteristics of wood are not defects and are not covered under warranty.
